Serving as design consultant, I collaborated with Booz Allen Hamilton's HR Design Team for approximately three months through the SPARKS Group. During this period, I contributed to several key internal communication and branding projects.
PROJECT GOALS:
The primary objectives of these projects were to enhance internal branding, boost employee engagement, and effectively communicate organizational initiatives. This involved creating visually compelling materials that aligned with Booz Allen Hamilton's brand identity while also catering to specific subgroup branding needs.
Advertisement Design: Crafted layouts to promote Booz Allen Hamilton’s Technical Experience Groups (TXGs), aiming to increase employee awareness and participation.

Lock Screen Layouts: Developed Mac and Windows lock screen designs to advertise the “Flexed Deferred Direct Bill Payment” option for employee education and training programs.

Vector Illustrations: Created employee-themed illustrations for website wireframes, from initial sketches to final compositions.

PowerPoint Template Revision: Redesigned an existing calendar template to provide more white space and editability, facilitating monthly cultural tribute awareness and events.

In addition, brand-specific placement holder mock-ups were created as well.

My contributions led to the successful execution of several design projects that improved internal communications and employee engagement. My work on the TXG advertisement helped promote specialized technical groups within the company, while the lock screen layouts and revised PowerPoint templates facilitated better dissemination of information regarding employee programs and cultural events. These projects not only met their immediate objectives but also set a precedent for future internal branding efforts.
